In addition, they possess leadership experience as well as involvement in on and off Nation business development.Emerge's non-Indigenous leadership possess extensive experience in national and international projects requiring community and Nation involvement.Foundational to our approach is the recognition that Industry and Indigenous Nations have far more in-common than separates, including many complimentary strengths. As we work together from our strengths, building on what is in common, agreements are able to be reached providing long-term benefit for all involved.
