As Director of Pre-Development, I lead and manage to company's new land acquisitions including preparation of project feasibility analysis. Responsibilities included assembling the project team, conducting detailed due diligence such as analyzing zoning and entitlements, initiating conceptual design & master planning, preparation of the project’s design narrative, detailed development program, schedules, and budgets, managing project proformas, planning, zoning & entitlement approvals, project approval process, engaging the general contractor, initiating cost estimating, and managing the project design phases.In this role, I successfully provided Pre-Development on more than 18 properties totaling 265 acres valued at $1,780 B worth of multifamily, senior housing, student housing and hotels.
