Current- Providing 3rd line support to 800 users across the globe (UK, EMEA, Australia, USA).
- Recently moved and set up new office including all the IT requirement and setting up comms cabinet.
- Providing support for Macintosh/Windows machine.
- Working via service desk ticketing tool “Atlassian Assist/Slack”.
- Creating and managing users with the “Onelogin” and "Okta" SSO system.
- Providing access to various organisation apps via Onelogin.
