Current•Providing 3rd line support to 800 users across the globe (UK, EMEA, Australia, USA).• Recently moved and set up new office including all the IT requirement and setting up comms cabinet.• Providing support for Macintosh/Windows machine.• Working via service desk ticketing tool “Atlassian Assist/Slack”.• Creating and managing users with the “Onelogin” and "Okta" SSO system.• Providing access to various organisation apps via Onelogin.• Proving remote support via “Splashtop” & “Team Viewer”• G-Suite Administrator Support – Management of user account, mailbox, data migration support, adding permissions to the groups.• G-Suite Application Support – Doc, Sheet, Slide, Drive, Meet, etc…• JAMF Administration – Enrolling Macs, setting up/running policy, deploying packages.• Generating SSH Key Pairs for employees to be added to Rundeck• 8x8 VOIP Administration – Creating/managing user accounts.• Microsoft Office 365 Administration – license assignment, Installation, and support.• Slack Administration – Adding users to slack, managing permission to group and channels.• Slack User Support – Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.• Zoom Administration – Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.• Installation, configuration, and support for Cisco Umbrella client.• Installation, configuration, and support for Cloudflare firewall.• Configuration and management of Cisco switches and Access points.• Confluence and JIRA Administration – adding users, providing permission to relevant documents and sites.• Installation, configuration, and support of Network/Local Scanner and Printers.• Supporting meetings and events – setting up in-house A/V equipment.• Working out of hours to support another region when required.
