The Strategic Execution Office (SEO) was tasked with standardizing processes, update reporting, increase project visibility, promote cross functional collaboration, and break down silos. This included building out the SEO with a multi year roadmap that included internal marketing and producing a Center of Excellence library. We primarily focused on Information Technology projects that had a high impact value to our customers.• Implemented standardized governance across the Project Portfolio of Asset Servicing Capability, Industry, and Delivery (ASCID) teams which included enhancing reporting, communications, tool usage, risk & issue management, milestone tracking, and demand management.• Drove the Strategic Execution Office's adaptive strategy by aligning projects with corporate direction and ensuring portfolio health visibility.• Restructured Portfolio Council meetings, tracked Portfolio Steer Group meetings, reporting escalations, and communicated this information to the executive team.• Managed and optimized a multi-departmental project intake SharePoint, resulting in accurate data for status reporting through Clarity PPM, Azure DevOps, governance/PSG reporting, and PowerBi dashboards to improve our business analytics.• Developed and released a comprehensive Center of Excellence Playbook, documenting standardized processes and tool sets for partners and capability teams.

Collaborated daily with Product and Software Development teams to create and improve our companies main enterprise products, Best Case and Best Case Online. This was done through through agile ceremonies to manage product beta/uat testing and prioritizing development, based on feedback. I was the GIS Lab Attendant. It consisted of being there to help students learning to use GIS so they can implement it to teach social studies to children. I was in charge of putting a couple of assignments together, grading, and making sure everything was set up correctly for the professor.
