-Managed the eighteen women on the membership experience team including Recruitment, New Member, Lifetime Membership, Sisterhood, and Member Inclusion-Focused on facilitating the recruitment process for 240 Members of Tri Delta, 1,000 Potential New Members, and Tri Delta Alumni-Directed the Membership Committee responsible for chapter retention and inclusion-Served as a member of the executive team responsible for the entirety of the chapter
