Accountable for setting and delivering against the HR strategy for the Barclays Branch Network in London (3,000 people, 220 branches).Accountable for overall HR service delivery, leading a multi-disciplinary HR team to deliver value-adding HR solutions to business clients across recruitment, learning, employee relations and all generalist disciplines.Lead HRBP on all Reward and Recognition initiatives across the whole of the Barclays Branch Network (18,000 people, 1600 branches) and deputising for the Head of HR.Leading on large-scale organisational change and strategic HR initiatives across Barclays UK Retail and Business Banking.

Responsible for optimising the business performance of the Local Business Customer Network through BAU ownership and continual improvement of all branch related processes and communications. Led multi-disciplinary team to deliver numerous improvements to lending, account opening, payment, communications and HR processes, directly enabling market leading levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsible for optimising revenue contribution, cost efficiency, risk profile, colleague and customer experience across Barclays and Woolwich Branch Networks in London.Enabled 25% improvement to headcount position against budget and enhancements to quality of learning interventions across customer facing teams through leadership of resourcing and training teams within the region.Directly contributed to 20% uplift in sales income through coaching of senior business leaders to address underlying causes of performance issues and implementing solutions to deliver improved business performance (150 branches, 1,700 people).

Led a team of 12 Branch Managers and total team of 120 colleagues to deliver a step-change in business performance. Increased revenue performance from 79% to 105% of objective, improved customer satisfaction levels by 10% and improved risk compliance levels to above target performance. Drove significant improvement to engagement levels through highly visible leadership approach and facilitation of two-way communication.
