As a result, both weekly classes became very popular, and were often full.

Leading non-profit in national harm reduction network needed major improvements to its constituent database. Used observation, user interviews and check-ins to inform the redesign process. Upon completion, I wrote an illustrated user guide and trained core office staff. My redesign improved NASEN's ability to communicate with its member organizations, as well as to collect, analyze and share data for its annual Beth Israel Medical Center survey. These functions are essential to its mission to provide technical assistance to syringe exchange programs (SEPs) and conduct annual research on syringe exchange effectiveness.
