I supported and coordinated with coaches to deliver group tennis lessons to diverse age groups. I demonstrated effective communication and active listening to build player trust and rapport whilst strengthening my interpersonal skills. This period also involved working under pressure, leading lessons when coaches were absent and adapting teaching methods to students' needs. In order to optimise student progression, I delivered lessons in a friendly, positive and supportive environment.
