I am the leader responsible for managing six geographically distributed R&D development teams across the USA, Poland, and the Czech Republic, overseeing a talented group of over 50 direct and indirect reports, including directors, managers, team leads, and architects. In my current role, I drive the success of several pivotal projects and initiatives:1- Infor Data Lake Core: I am spearheading the implementation of an infinitely scalable, unified repository that captures and centralizes enterprise data.2- Infor Data Lake Services: Leading this project, I am developing a suite of services built on top of the Data Lake Core. These services empower users to query and extract data effectively.3- Infor Data Pipelines: My leadership is instrumental in deploying a secure and scalable solution for streaming real-time enterprise data into the Data Lake and external databases.4- Reformatter: I am leading the design of a cutting-edge component based on Apache Spark. This component enables the reformatting of raw ingested data, allowing the Service Component to deliver a user-friendly querying experience using SQL syntax.5- Infor Metagraph: The Data Lake Metagraph provides a relational layer to begin assembling collections of data objects and datasets based on valuable metadata relationships stored in the Data Catalog.6- Infor Data Catalog: I am overseeing the implementation of a component that will establish semantic governance with data dictionary services, registration wizards, metadata indexing, documentation repositories, and refine metadata models used across the Infor OS ecosystem
