As an Account Executive, I provide sales and customer support Evanston Paper & Packaging, a company that provides paper, board, and packaging supplies and solutions. In this role, develop and implement high-impact business development and account management strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual company goals and targets. I focus on establishing and maintaining customer relationships to ensure business growth and long-term customer retention. I also address any sales obstacles or customer service issues while providing prompt resolution. In addition, I manage the sales cycle from initial customer contact to order closing and follow-up.
