With the use of my excel tools, I make the necessary corrections in SAP so the region has an equal distribution of product. Also, I manage warehouse allocation to eliminate inefficiencies and increase velocity within the warehouse.

Continuous improvement to the entire site of 600 plus employees ensuring that all meetings for team development were properly presented. Tracked training to ensure employees were properly trained on current position within a timely manner. Held NEO (New employee orientation) to all new employees, setting them up for what to expect with introductory to their team. Led the California ETP program, bringing back $250,000 to my site as well as helping the region bring back nearly $1,000,000 in training reimbursement from the state.
