Everything is iterative. For better or worse, nothing goes without change; so why not push for excellence?During my time within the manufacturing field, I have learned to strive for constant improvement; whether it is to learn new things, to teach others from the mistakes I've made, or to create an atmosphere for others to share their ideas. One of my favorite concepts is that there is always room for improvement, in all aspects of life. I am a proud leader; one that becomes excited to think or see others grow and succeed within their roles and achieving promotion(s) via their hard work and dedication.At an early age, from watching 'How It's Made' on TV, I acquired a fascination for manufacturing and the idea of working with automation and robotics. I've always enjoyed tinkering with technology; finding out how 'things' function and how their construction may be performed. Whether it be electronics or automotive, I've had fun over the years modifying parts, either to suit new needs as they arose or to better my understanding of the operation of individual assemblies.In recent years, I have begun to show a great appreciation for technology as a whole all over again. I geek out when speaking with like-minded individuals, becoming highly animated while going into great depths with detailed conversation due to my level of passion for the subject matter.
