I believe businesses can be one of the most significant agents of good and change in the world. I love working with people who are hungry to grow. I feel like I get to learn a ton every single day from a variety of people I get to encounter and work with. It's a gift.I also love my family. My wife remains significantly out of my league, no different from when I first encountered her in middle school. And we are obsessed with our two boys. We love the energy of a city and particularly are excited about Long Beach.Lastly, I am convinced over-and-over that we all need to know who our people are and that they have our back. I refuse to separate my personal and professional spheres. I love working with my friends and will always choose the mess of an integrated life.
