Shelby also collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the search functionality, improve user experience, and maintain the reliability and performance of Twitter's search infrastructure.Before Twitter, Shelby explored more of the stack working on multiple teams at Intuit. She created back-end services in Kotlin and Java in the Developer Productivity Organization and led cross-division engineering efforts to allow seamless development and testing of products at Intuit, such as TurboTax, Mint, and QuickBooks.
