- Responsible for all content design and development across operational programmes (current and developing)- Overall responsibility for leading national HeadStart volunteering and employability programme, working with over 2000 young people and young adults annually from a wide range of backgrounds.- Financial ownership and management of multiple departmental budgets of £4m annually with internal and external stakeholders.- Leader of 50 staff across 3 national departments and 5 regional offices. Managing senior managers to run these departments effectively, including remote management.- Strategic development of new programmes and delivery models, leading projects through all stages from initial ideas generation to final delivery. Identifying new business streams- Building and maintaining relationship with a range of national corporate and funding partners at a senior level, including the GLA (Team London), Bloomberg, Nandos and Starbucks.

- Leading programme design, testing and development of a national curriculum for the effective delivery of government contract (NCS) to 30,000 young people.- Operational management and long-term strategic planning of national NCS graduate programme with over 4,500 active members annually, including marketing and systems development.- Leadership of an innovative multi-disciplinary Inclusion Team ensuring that genuine social integration takes place for participants though programme design and delivery.- Managing a team of subject specialists in curriculum design and training creation & delivery.

- Directing all children’s and young people’s provision with a specific focus on with young people aged 11 and above. - Leading a team of over 30 volunteers in addition to a gap year intern scheme.- Leading residential trips, as well as initiating and developing youth mentoring programmes.

- Responsible for the development and delivery of an estate-based youth drop-in centre and associated programmes; providing life skills, computer training/access, and structured 'time out' for local young people.- Budget management, fundraising, impact assessment, and funder relationship management across all aspects of the project.- Establishing local networks and building strategic partnerships with charities, businesses, councils to ensure effective project support.- Leading and managing a team of 20 youth workers, gap year workers and local volunteers.
