In this Silicon Valley FI Core Program (https://fi.co) to which I was accepted for the program starting Feb 15, 2022, my primary objective while developing a company under the Founder system is to learn and grow regarding business process and to follow the Founder Institute launch track to define a strong business vision, analyze customer feedback, validate a scalable revenue model, get feedback on branding and design, test the core business on a mentor panel, review legal infrastructure, improve strategy to launch and scale, get feedback on product roadmap, test progress on a mentor panel, improve team and hiring, establish scalable engine for growth, fix impediments to fundraising, and conduct further Founder Institute activities including post-program leadership evaluation and networking. I was assigned to Harden Middle School in Salinas (began mid-April 2011) where I was working as a volunteer with a teacher and AVID coordinator for the school to aid students during the school year. My GIS recommendations were accepted by management, and eventually resulted in a significantly faster service delivery for client’s parcel information requests from the original average of 5 days to the new average of under 5 minutes.

By living and working in a rural area of El Salvador, I represented the U.S. Peace Corps and the United States of America to Salvadorans in an effort of mutual cooperation and friendship while facilitating communication and organization between various local, national, and international agencies. I was successful at facilitating the process of town-level local government formation and municipality-wide water and sanitation projects in a postwar setting.
