Network Manager, Professional Relations
Responsible for recruiting provider networks to ensure they are competitive and can provide broad based dentist access that meets federal, state and DDPA standards for our DeltaCare USA program. Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with our contracted providers by providing support services to include fee negotiations, as well as provide education and support on all products, policies, procedures and operational issues. Work with and collaborate with credentialing, claims, customer service and other departments as needed to facilitate resolution with complex provider/member issues. Responsible for network development and expansion plan for PPO and EPO programs for 2nd brand initiative in Massachusetts and also help to manage and expand Medicaid networks.• Implement development strategies to grow network and minimize terminations.•Work collaboratively with sales organization, conduct sales presentations for products and proposals. Attend open enrollment and finalist presentations as needed. • Partner with sales, actuarial and other departments to design innovative, but yet cost effective dental programs that keep costs down and deliver quality care.• Responsible for supporting and training of newly-hired Network Managers within the Eastern Region.• Help to develop, in conjunction with corporate communications, provider communications, including updates to policies, procedures, provider handbooks and newsletters.Team Lead: Manage Reverse Table States to include AK, CT, LA, ME, MS, MT, NH, OK, SD and VT. Responsibilities include training and troubleshooting how HMO plan is administered in those states and serve as subject matter expert for management, field recruiters, internal staff, groups, dental office staff members, sales and brokers.
