In my limited work experience I have always strived to be an influence for hard working, and making it an experience to be enjoyed and not endured. Life is too short for us to have contention, especially in a work space where we should love, uphold, and uplift one another in all we are trying to do and become. I have become very good at being detailed in my work from cleaning dishes at Raising Canes Chicken Fingers to detailing RV's and Trailers before they are shown to the customers to decide which RV is perfect for them and their circumstances! I'm also one who often looks for service opportunities at my work service as the more I can do to lighten the load of others lifts me up in character and motivation to love everyone. I have demonstrated this as well in service as a missionary for my church for two years in the Oregon Eugene Mission and the Chile Concepción Missions as I learned how to care for people of different cultures and backgrounds and I learned how to speak in the native tongue of those in Chile, speaking Spanish for the last 6 months of my mission and is a practice I still carry on with me to this day.
