I have a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Austin Peay State University, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Intelligence Operations Studies from Cochise College. I am currently an Account Manager at Dell Technologies, where I manage and grow relationships with existing and potential customers, and provide them with customized solutions and services. My core competencies include problem solving, presentations, and communication.Before joining Dell, I was a Senior Strategic Debriefer at the 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne) - US Army, where I oversaw and coordinated the collection of human intelligence information in support of the Battalion's operational objectives. I prepared Intelligence Reports, conducted debriefings, managed deployment readiness, and collaborated with different entities within the military and the wider Intelligence Community. I also completed the Microsoft Software & Systems Academy (MSSA) program, where I learned and mastered the fundamentals of server and cloud administration with Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, and Linux. I obtained several certifications, such as Security+, Azure Fundamentals, and Azure AI Fundamentals. I am passionate about leveraging my diverse skills and experiences to help Dell achieve its goals and vision, and to contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
