As a Sales Executive I am responsible for making initial contact with customers in order to promote products and services in line with the company vision.

Ensuring smooth running of the bar whilst maintaining excellent levels of customer service.

Responsible for the performance of a sales team and ensuring KPI's were not only met but exceeded. Key duties included; Recruitment and disciplinary in line with the company vision, motivation of a sales team, skills management, sales coaching & liasing with field sales representatives to ensure a smooth and coherent process for the organisation and potential customers.

Responsible for making initial contact with potential clients and completing the process through to end sale.
