Here’s some of my work methodologies. I believe that work should be fun. Hey, you got to love what you do! Or at least to me, then it won’t feel like a hustle…that said I know how to put the serious hat on, when it is required.Truth be told, my colleagues and staff tend to come to me for advise... It's always nice to foster relationships or just have a good banter. I strongly believe that a harmonious work environment is vital in work culture.I have been in various Managerial/Executive positions throughout my career. However to sum it up, about 15 years+ comprising of Sales, Client Servicing, Project Management, Presentation, Administration & Operations. Most prominently career-wise, I've spent about half a decade travelling the world;- among the perks of organizing tours. Photography and travel has always been a hobby of mine. It makes a good conversation starter as everyone has had their share of travels.3 years+ as a Senior Exec in driving sales for the Agency workforce - Insurance/Finance sector. In specific Group Employee Benefits. A very niche sector where one can never stop learning. Here I have grown to be really good with numbers, conducted presentations & on-the-field training. I also made a few lifelong friends along the way.2 years+ as a Property Manager in Project & Facilities management for stratafied properties around KL, CBD. While in this field I have led a task force of up to 10 personnel and coordinated with various departments to get projects going. It was a good mix of running operations as well as people and paper management skills involved.Early 2019, I decided to take a career break to travel to my dream destination. You’ll have to guess where, but it was amazing and unforgettable!I aspire to be regarded as an asset to my organization.
