Listening to my customers and understanding what their goals and initiatives are for their employees and learning what they are doing today to achieve their desired outcomes or where they may need assistance. I enjoy helping my customers realize additional value by improving their employee experiences leveraging the Microsoft employee experience platform, Viva and joining that with Microsoft 365 Copilot for improved productivity. Looking for new ways with which employees can build connection, insight, purpose and growth, to thrive within their organization.My entire career has been focused on improving experiences both personal with people and experiences with platforms. It may simply have been a support call in the early days but that grew into improving collaboration experiences, then improving business processes, then towards communications and communities and now to focus on everything that surrounds the employee.
