I provide technical sales support to the Manufacturing Sales Organization at Microsoft. I work with our sales teams to provide use cases and education to our customers on how best to use our products to improve their collaboration and productivity. My primary focus will be on Microsoft 365 Copilot but overall l will cover the full employee experience in Modern Work as generative AI continues to grow and power collaboration. As part of this I will also cover Viva, SharePoint Online, Teams, and more.

Building relationships with strategic Microsoft customers in the manufacturing industry to ensure they get the most out of Microsoft 365 to enhance their business. Focused on improving the employee experience overall by providing digital and artificial intelligence transformation options.

Engage with senior leadership at manufacturing customers to understand desired outcomes and goals for employee experiences centered around building connection, insight, purpose and growth. Helping leaders understand new insights based on work trends research and hybrid work and how Microsoft can help them to achieve their outcomes leveraging our employee experience platform, Microsoft Viva, to provide a single destination for employees to thrive in the flow of work.

I focus on improving employee experiences with areas focused on championing effective work habits, enhancing business performance, informing and engaging people, and helping everyone learn, grow and succeed. We are a non-profit technology user group focused on educating our members on Microsoft SharePoint and other Office 365 related technology.
