As a Project Manager, I ensure assigned projects are delivered on time and within scope. I lead the team, prepare the project plan, organize and attend steering committee meetings, follow the project progress and facilitate actions as required. I coordinate project workstreams, act as a point of contact for the project for both internal and external stakeholders to help facilitate decisions and assure that deliverables meet the defined targets in terms of time, cost and quality.In the case of PwC global projects, I also attend management meetings, creating relationships with colleagues from other PwC territories to foster best practice, share experiences and lessons learned.Significant Project Experience:- Project Manager, responsible for the implementation of a document management system with electronic signature and digital preservation. This initiative aimed at digitalizing historical paper files and producing and organizing computer files related to the people working within the PwC Italy network. In 2020, this project impacted new candidates and 7000 workers across 23 offices throughout Italy.- Service manager for this platform managing PwC people's and candidates' personal documents from 2020 to date. - Project Officer and Process Analyst assigned to the implementation of a People and Resources PwC Global tool for skills mapping and resource planning of PwC Italia professionals (2019). This project impacted about 4000 workers across more than 15 offices across Italy. Point of contact for Italy and a local administrator.- Process Analyst devoted to Talent and Compensation workstream areas on the Workday implementation projects for PwC Italy (2017-2018). This project impacted more than 6000 workers.- Project Manager, responsible for the CornerStone implementation project for PwC Italy. (2016-2017).
