As a Senior Manager of Healthcare, I have been responsible for the oversight and performance of quality improvement initiatives associated with all value-based payer contracts for several years. With a master's degree in communication, I have the skills and knowledge to effectively communicate, collaborate, and influence across various stakeholders and levels of the organization.My core competencies include designing and executing strategic plans, implementing and managing population health tools, directing and developing diverse teams, preparing and presenting network performance analysis, and providing training and coaching to leadership and provider groups.
