In my time working at Cummings i have been entrusted with a great deal of responsibility, my main duties were to set up and run the companies online sales department. However due to my extensive sales experience, i was also brought in to work in the Menswear and Kilt Hire departments. Running each of these departments simultaneously requires a great deal of attention to detail, dedication, and determination to ensure that they all run smoothly and produce results. Doing this requires me to supervise several small teams of people.my time in Menswear and Kilt Hire have been especially beneficial to me as it has aloud me to become an Assistant Buyer, gaining knowledge and experience in dealing with supplying companies.

At JJB Sports i was employed as a full time sales assistant for five years, my main duties for thefirst year with JJB were as a delivery assistant responsible for receiving checking off and putting away all stock deliveries. I was then trained on all the departments on the shop floor for customer service. In the four years experience I gained here, I became an exceptional sales person, able to engage customers when they came in and quickly build a friendly dialog.I was an exceptional seller based in the footwear department, able to get add on sales in the department and in others such as clothing and equipment, football or swimming.my personal targets were regularly higher due to the quality of my service, i was also able to pass my selling technique on to other staff members to improve the shop targets.I was regrettably made redundant when the company went into liquidation.

I was regrettably made redundant when the company went into liquidation on 08/06/07.
