Craig E. Dillon, AIA Architects has been an established firm in Springfield, Ohio for over 20 years. Craig has over 28 year of experience in the architectural field. Our staff, though from different backgrounds and educations, works in conjunction as a team. We praise each other’s strengths and help to improve each other’s limitations. We adhere to an “open door” policy which, not only allows our staff, but also our clients to communicate freely and without apprehension. We work with specialized structural and mechanical engineers, whom Craig E. Dillon has trusted and worked with for many years. Our staff and, those who we work in unison with, are able to assure the client that they receive the best services available.Since 2000, we have been located in Springfield’s historic downtown and have become increasingly interested with preservation. Our fascination with the historic structures has been a driving force in embracing renovation and modernization projects with meticulous research and accuracy. We received the, “Best Upper Floor Development in the State of Ohio” award, from Heritage Ohio, for the Delscamp lofts adaptive reuse in downtown Springfield. It was originally a warehouse built in 1885 that we innovatively transformed into condominiums while reusing many of the original materials to maintain the building’s integrity and historic value.
