About Crystal Jackson

I am the senior manager of customer experience and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). My role is responsible for the company-wide voice of the customer strategy, large-scale customer communications, and related process improvement activities. I am also responsible for the creation of business resource groups and facilitation of DEI strategies in partnership with the DEI Council.Outside of "the office," I am a certified suicide prevention trainer, an alcohol ink artist and small business owner, and an advocate for mental health support and youth mentorship.
