Crystal’s passion for projects and proposals has helped her career flourish over her 20 years at large corporations (Harris Corporation and AOL Time Warner), small/mid-size companies (Management Concepts, Copper River IT, Agile Defense, and Ironclad), and the Federal Government (U.S. State Department at the American Embassy in Tokyo, Japan). She is attributable to $1 Billion in large and small business contract wins over her career and has multiple awards for her outstanding efforts (including $200M State Dept. proposal win at Harris and $115.2M U.S. Army proposal at Agile Defense). She has the rare experience of acting as Project Manager to two proposals she won (USAID and FAA), where her execution was consistently rated as Exceptional. Crystal is a graduate of George Mason University with a B.A. in Communication; she is also ITIL and APMP certified. She fosters kittens religiously and enjoys horse-back riding and hiking in the Shenandoah.
