As a free lance makeup artist I am contracted to visit particular stores to increase revenue, gain market share, educate the store beauty advisors on artistry techniques and product knowledge. Overall assisting each store in reaching its highest potential in Bare Minerals sales. While in the retail establishments I visit, I go out of my way to provide the shopper with the best experience they have ever had, ensuring they will return.

By mobilizing the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors we are able to prevent and alleviate human suffering. We empower our community with life-saving education, skills, and resources so together we are able to recovery faster from adversities. This knowledge is provided to all ages via presentations, networking with community partners, working side by side with those in need, and ultimately creating an awareness of how important preparedness is.

One of my first professional jobs, Randstad gave me the opportunity to experience first hand the duties of what a human resource person does. Partnering with the numerous manufacturing companies in the area, my goal was to learn what skills were needed to staff the numerous roles within each company. Then, building a work force pool of individuals best suited to each companies needs and expectations.
