Vice Provost for Academic Affairs. Professor in Communication Law & Policy, lead instructor for TU Scotland Study Abroad course, and Steering Committee member for TU's Fair Chance program and Inside-Out Prison Exchange training program. Teach courses in research methodology, business communication, First Amendment and communication law. My research interests focus on communication law and policy, competing rights and responsibilities of the First Amendment, and regulation of hate speech. Prior to full-time teaching, I held industry positions in multimedia, television, and health care management.
