Account Manager
Current- Implementing best-practice Account Management to delight and drive maximum value for our clients- Identifying, nurturing, and converting profitable sales opportunities within existing clients, to the required target levels for the business.- Up-to-date Account overviews for focus clients assigned- Understanding the clients’ ecosystems to allow product placement and technology solutions for the mutual benefit of Clients and ArchiTech- understands Client structures, decision making tree, influencers, budget cycles and ICT future plans- Maintain and grow existing client spend- Harvest new opportunities for products and services within clients assigned to you- Achievement of revenue/profitability targets as set out by management each financial year or like- Convert approved opportunities into Sales within defined business requirements (i.e. consistent with strategic direction, general margin requirements, revenue, risk profile).- Work with internal team and vendors to price opportunities with commercial and competitive considerations- Develop and maintain high client satisfaction level- Work with clients to build repour and trust for ongoing relationships and account management - Work with clients to map business outcomes to technology solutions- Operational consistent cadence with key accounts- Maintenance of strong pipeline of sales opportunities as per requirements of the business- Timely actioning of Client and internal requests as observed through quote/proposal/tender delivery, internal feedback and Client feedback- Up to date reporting of all opportunities, Client information, quotes etc
