Part of IT & Cloud and Services business unit responsible for pre-sales, planning, and deployment of Business Transforming technologies such as LTE/4G, IMS, IP Packet Core Network and Communication Services, Network Convergence, Virtualization, and Cloud to Telstra and NBN Co. Actively involved in Business Development and presales activities as ‘CFR’ to secure profitable business engagement by identifying and translating customer needs and business opportunities into detailed solution offerings and services proposals.• Led planning and implementation of a 3-year program to successfully designed and deployed a complex 4G Converged IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) core network and achieved Australia's first network launch of VoLTE services for Telstra.• Managed multi-site and global team to Design, Build, Integrate, and Test of new IP Core network for NBN CO• Prepared tender proposals, conducted customer presentations and secured a break through $M+ contract to deploy virtual IMS network for Telecom New Zealand.

• Led the bid team in the evaluation of business opportunities and developed commercially viable technical solutions based on tender requirements for Machine-Machine networks and Smart Grid technologies. These included LTE network for Rio Tinto mining, 4G solutions for Ergon Energy Smart Grid, and 3G Meter Modules for AusNet Services.• Piloted a 2-year prime integration project through successful engagement and management of 3rd party vendor (GridNet, NetComm) secured and delivered the first M2M break-in contract. Successfully deployed 3G Smart Meter solution for AusNet Advanced Metering Infrastructure project and received commendation for the best sales and project deployment that was completed within timeline and budget.

Managed a department of 45 staff across broad technical, financial, and business discipline to drive sales and delivery projects of products and services across the System Integration and Multimedia portfolio. • Provided leadership and staff development through strategic recruitment, competence development, and coaching of Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Engineers.• Developed and established program processes and governance, prepared Project Master Plan, including Project Planning, Scheduling, Procurement, whilst undertaking cross-functional coordination with numerous departments and reporting to steering board.• Streamlined Procurement and Management process for the engagement of 3rd party vendors in projects and negotiated financial, contractual terms and conditions.• Dimensioned project resources, prepared risk management plan, and deal funnel with responsibility of sales targets and positive margins across the Multimedia and System Integration services portfolio.

Established project management support structure to deploy new installation and migration of Revenue Management Charging System and OSS projects to Telco Operators.• Managed subcontractors, suppliers, and resources across functional teams skilled in HW installation, SW deployment, Solution Design, Integration and Testing.• Led the streamlining of project forecast and planning, established process for managing of critical resources, and implemented best practices in scoping and costing and enhanced project governance by simplifying and standardising tools and processes.• Established Project Management Office (PMO) as a centralized project function to recruit, train, and mentored project managers to manage cross-functional projects. Worked between Vietnam and Singapore as a technical project lead specializing in Charging System, Multi-mediation and Activation (EMM, EMA) upgrade, swap-out, migration, and customization development for Telco operators. • Led team of engineers in a successful execution of world first complex and high risk swapout and subscriber data migration of legacy Charging, Multi-Mediation and Activation System for major operators.• Produced and delivered product presentation and support documentations to customers as well as training for local support and customer-care teams through structured course and workshops.• Supported tender, RFP/RFQ processes for new services and technologies and collaborated with product development unit to drive improvements in product road-map driven by customer requirements.

Worked in the Global Service Delivery Centre and was responsible for Revenue Management Charging System (PPS) and Intelligent Network (IN) deployment, upgrade, migration, and operational and maintenance support to Telco Operators in the Asia-Pacific region.• Technical Support Tier 2 – Resolved highly complex technical system or service issues that cannot be resolved through normal O&M procedures and provided emergency support for root cause analysis to drive resolution of service outage issues.• Network Deployment – Produced end to end production network design, installation, acceptance test for new or expansion of Charging System and IN platforms and services introduced. These included the installation and upgrade of network systems for operators in Korea, Singapore, India, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, and United States.

Worked with a team of software developers to build and test software programs and applications tailored for clients in the news and media printing industry.• Analysed business requirement documents, functional specifications and solution documents and translate into test cases. • Executed manual test cases as well as programmed test modules to automate stress tests using software testing standards.• Collaborated with developers and Quality Assurance team to isolate and reproduce defects and prepared defects reports in the issues tracking system.
