With weekends on the coast working on classic cars, working part-time in hospitality as a Restaurant Manager and graduating with a Bachelor of Architectural Design at RMIT University, I started my professional career with Bespoke.After taking a break to go on extended travels touring the European continent in a blue wagon, I returned to Melbourne and joined Carr as a Project/Studio Administrator. Using my love of architecture to support the project teams, my varied role focused on project administration, preparing proposals and presentations, and studio operations. This exposure and skill in studio administration developed into an aptitude for proposals, submissions and marketing collateral. This specialisation became the heart of my role with Slattery. Advisors to the building industry through robust quantity surveying services and early works advisory, I worked to deliver submission proposals and media support that showcased our value and expertise to projects throughout Australia.Choosing to expand my skillset and return to the creative energy of an architectural studio, I joined Williams Ross Architects, a practice focusing on arts and culture, community, sports and education projects across Australia. Taking on the role of Marketing Manager, I helped lead marketing, communications and submissions activities including the rollout of new branding across all communications and online platforms.Having completed a full 180 into business operations with Hassell, I gained invaluable experience with a global practice full of energy and innovative ways of designing places that people love.And now, I'm doing what I've always aspired to be, working as a Studio Manager with Fieldwork, a passionate architecture practice with a strong social and civic heart.
