Dave is an associate professor in the Augsburg MBA program. He is also an independent business consultant working with companies in the areas of sales and marketing, management, and leadership development. Previously, he was the Minnesota Enrollment and Marketing Manager for Cardinal Stritch University. Prior to that, he was the Director of Continuing Education and The Leadership Institute for Winona State University in Rochester, Minnesota. Prior to that position, he taught business and management for four years at Winona State University, and served as adjunct at Augsburg College in Minneapolis, Concordia University in St. Paul, Viterbo University in LaCrosse, Wisconsin, Saint Mary’s University of MN, and The University of Minnesota. From 1975 though 2001, Dave was successful in sales, marketing, and sales and marketing management for public and private companies in the wine and spirits, industrial, and medical supply industries. Dave has an Ed.D. in Leadership (organizational track) from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. He has a Master’s Degree in Management from Saint Mary’s and a B.A. in Psychology and Sociology from Winona State University. He has lived in Rochester since 1978 with his wife, Patricia RN (37 years of wedded bliss) and has three grown(?) children. His passion is teaching and helping people and organizations develop and succeed.
