• HAZOP’s, on-site inspection, review of as-built & site checking for future construction.
• Procurement duties, including Bills Of Materials, 3D model databases / spreadsheets, quantities, pricing/estimation, and order tracking.Projects include:
• Townsville Fuel Import Terminal - Wharf Berth & Terminal Storage Facility. Wharf & Berth piping, wharf/storage pipe line, storage tanks, mechanical equipment, load-out facility piping, gantry piping, services pipe work.

• Piping, structural and platework design for metals resources industry using AudoCAD and Solid Edge.
• 3D/2D design using AutoCAD & Solid Edge. Site layout, P&ID's, Piping Isometrics, checking.Projects include:
• Silvercrest Mines Inc - Santa Elena Expansion Project - Piping lead, also mechanical & P&ID's using Solid Edge.
• BCD Resources NL - Beaconsfield Gold Mine - CIL Tank Conversion – Pipework, Mechanical & Chute work 3D modelling in AutoCAD and Solid Edge for carbon in leach (CIL) process.
• Extorre Gold Mines Ltd - Cerro Moro Gold-Silver Project Study – 2D Layout of site including Crushing Plant, Grinding Circuit, Flash Flotation & Gravity Recovery Circuit, Flotation Circuit, Concentrate Regrind.
• Phu Bia Mining Ltd - Phu Kham Increased Recovery Project - Pipework and Mechanical design using AutoCAD and Solid Edge.

• Piping & pipe support design for Coal Handling and Preparation Plants (CHPP).3D design using AutoCAD & CADWorx. Site layout. Production of design review drawings and fabrication isometrics for steel, PE, PVC, Wear.
• Maules Creek Coal - Maules Creek CHPP Project.
• Xtrata Coal Queensland - Wandoan CHPP estimate.

• Duties include:-
• Pipework fabrication isometrics, P&ID's, pipe support detailing, GA's/Sections/Elevations, line/valve/ISO lists, material take-offs, Issue For Construction.
• Vessels, equipment & structural modelling using native AutoCAD and CADWorx
• 3D model xrefs for site layouts & Navisworks model reviewing. Liaising with Process, Mechanical, Structural and electrical sections to coordinate site layouts including buried services, cable routing, support.
• On-site measurement of existing construction for accurate 3D modelling and fabrication drawings (new & as-built).
• Managing CADWorx databases (design & development, queries, reporting for line lists, valve lists etc.), creating custom dynamic P&ID symbol libraries, custom specifications, project specific CADWorx data files.

Sydney

• Duties include:-
• Design and documentation of Mechanical, Process Services and Structural steel incl. Pipework, pumping, tanks, vessels, material handling facilities, supports, frames, foundations & footings.
• Project design and construction drawings using AutoCAD and CADWorx 2D/3D software.
• Plans, Sections, Elevations, Details, Isometrics.
• 3D modeling of Mechanical, Process & Structural for stress analysis, visualization, clash detection, planning, fabrication and construction.
