I love to dig into business problems and solve them by leveraging data insights and showcase the results. I do this by combining analytic data skills with business knowledge and insight.My goal is to bring value to the organization by not just understanding the 'what', but also the 'how' and 'why'. The payoff is to be able to anticipate and answer the next question, understand downstream impacts and be able to explain why we are seeing certain results.Most recently my career has focused on analytics within the Marketing and Risk Departments at Wells Fargo Bank. A few highlites:-Developed and deployed specific credit card fraud prevention rules and models which improved fraud prevention effectiveness -Tracked, analyzed and presented product performance results to senior leadership -Managed offshore analysts on numerous projects-Created process that gathers home lending data from multiple data sources and compiled it into a monthly sales funnel; prior to this effort visibility to the home lending business was limited.I've done most of my data analysis work using Teradata SQL and SAS, as well as Excel, PPT and Tableau for visualization. Always excited to learn new tools and methodologies and apply them in order to crafting a new data insight or story.
