I am a seasoned OOB professional with over 20+ years experience. My primary duties at Opengear include supporting our Strategic Accounts as Senior Sales Engineer and managing the US group of Sales Engineers and Solution Architects. I am a trusted advisor for my customers and they come first. My current focus is on helping hyper-scale and enterprise customers find practical applications for Opengear's OOB solutions. This includes full life cycle design, deployment advice and automation integration. NETOPS, DEVOPS and SDWAN are all impacting my customers and changing the way they view the role of OOB in their operations. That expectation is expanding the scope of OOB to include ZTP for deployments, orchestration support, day-one install, device forensics and much more.Network Engineering is rapidly evolving. My customers are constantly multi-tasking, working long hours and tackling complex issues while the very nature of the Network and its role is changing around them. My goal is to make sure that Opengear's OOB solutions help them reduce that complexity by providing them with relevant information and advice tailored directly to their particular needs.
