The role has management responsibility for the Relationship team comprising 2 seniors (Paul Turrell & Robert garner) 2 Scheme Delivery Consultants (Krishna Tanton, Keith Mayne) and 3 Panel managers ( Helen Beckinsale , Lauren Aitchison-turner and Geraldine Tucker)The teams key responsibilities are to lead on continuous improvement/strategic projects & manage the quality and cost of our external panels, which are made up of :- PPF + advisory panel - Legal panel - Administration and Actuarial - Audit- Trustee panel - pre insolvency panel - Data specialistIn February 2022 we launched a new PPF+ advisory panel that will support schemes transacting outside of PPF ensuring the best member outcome via the best solution . The team and I are also heavily involved in supporting the transition of high profile schemes though the PPF assessment period.Our desire over the next year is to ensure that we continue to work with our PPF panels to individually make a difference ,through our processes and relationships . Key to this success will be ensuring the work we receive is of high quality , delivered in timely manner, represents value for money and of course provides PPF members with a positive experience .CheersDan

I hold relationships at a senior level with 6 large Trustee and Administrator firms involved with PPF & FAS (Jardine lloyd thompson (JLT) Barnett Waddingham, Spence & Partners, Aon Hewitt, Dalriada and Independant Trustee Services (ITS)) Key elements of these high profile relationships include; strategic planning, problem solving and measuring performance against agreed KPI's.In addition to maintaining these key relationships, I am involved in the transformation programme at PPF which includes the implementation of service panels and mentoring of scheme delivery associates. I have also played a lead role in a project to accelerate the transfer of a scheme into PPF and recently achieved the success of a scheme completing the PPF assessment period in just over 5 months.
