  Dan is a Co-founder and Partner at Delta Capital Partners. Delta provides comprehensive financial services including CFO, controller, fundraising assistance, and basic accounting services to primarily early stage, newly-financed technology companies. Dan currently provides CFO services to Corvia Medical, Pixability, ownCloud and Codeship. Dan brings over 25 years of financial and operations experience to Delta. His career includes diverse public and private company experience, from Fortune 500 to venture-backed start-ups, and nine years in Big Four public accounting. He is experienced in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity raises, and operations and infrastructure build out. In 1999, Dan joined Onex Communications, a developer of terabit service processors and switching fabric, as Chief Financial Officer. While at Onex, Dan managed the $20M Series C financing and steered the company through its successful $90M sale in 2001 to TranSwitch Corporation. Since then, Dan has provided financial and strategic advisory services to established and venture-backed technology companies, including Vitrue (acquired in 2012 by Oracle for $320M), Kova Solutions LLC (acquired by Berkshire Hathaway in 2013), Visible Measures Corp., Simpad LLC (acquired by Berkshire Hathaway in 2010), and was instrumental in managing the $70M sale of SiteAdvisor to McAfee (NYSE: MFE) in 2006. Dan received his BS, with honors, from Boston College and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
