I recently served as the President/General Manager of a 3PL servicing a multi-national company as well as 3rd party companies requiring transportation needs. I have been a close business advisor to the President of a multi-national manufacturing, trading and distribution company. I was a key member of the executive operations team providing a broad business perspective. In this position, I provided the operational financial leadership to the management team to develop the expertise in P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow management. I led the financial, business modeling and strategic planning efforts for the corporation. I led or supported several teams to enhance the cost competitiveness (cost reductions or cycle time/process improvements) and grow profitable sales of the company. This included cost of goods reductions as well as maintaining spending ratios in the selling and administrative areas.
