I am a creator at heart, whether it’s generating revenue streams, designing AI tools, or building monumental art installations. As the architect behind TTLC’s first $1Bn plan and a key innovator and AI guru at Homes Built For America, I’ve been responsible for over $750M in land acquisitions, developing Python-based tools that have transformed how we approach real estate.My work isn’t limited to the corporate world. As an internationally-known artist, I’ve built some of the most iconic and massive installations at Burning Man, including pyrotechnics and large-scale burns. My crew, the "Iron Crew," is known for having the strongest chops in the game, and together we’ve earned one of the largest grants ever awarded by the Burning Man Organization. With a deep passion for art, I play multiple instruments, compose symphonically, and still maintain a decent singing voice.Whether it’s solving complex problems with innovative AI solutions or bringing together communities through art, I approach every challenge as a maverick problem solver, unafraid of heights, a tool belt, or any other hard work.
