I am the site LPS (Loss prevention systems) Lead as well as the site OIMS 9.1 Administrator. I teach workplace loss prevention methods, Investigation methodology and manage the onsite repository of incidents and solutions. I am trained in the use of Causal Factor Why Tree RCA, Taproot RCA and FRCS just to name a few. I specialize in site safety system roll out and sustainment projects and training support.

I am the contractor steward in the LPS system at the Exxon Mobile Refinery Billings Montana. I teach the course, mentor and steward first line supervisors and generally act as a strong voice for methodical coaching of work behaviors. General troubleshooting and implementation is my specialty. I am a certified LPS instructor and an expert on Impact incident entry software. Contractor safety SME and turnaround safety as needed. I am an experienced Turnaround Safety field tech as well as new to site contractor orientation instructor.

I worked at the Bp cherry point refinery 14 years. I started in the Security Department of RSSI and have had the privilege of serving as A CESCL, Locksmith, Security access control officer, Safety Watch, Safety Watch Lead, BP Safety Tech, VOC Tech, Shift Field training officer, Patrol Officer, Step up Sgt., and Now as a full time Sgt. of Gold Shift team #1. I must say that my time at Bp has been an amazing ride learning so many new disciplines and working with A small army of different people the world round to bring you the fine products manufactured at this facility. I now work for Doyon Universal Services and am really enjoying the new company atmosphere. It is exciting to help establish a new company here at the Cherry Point refinery and I can’t wait to see what new challenges My crew and I have waiting on the horizon.

Safety Counsel Rep and at the conclusion of the contract the final Chairman. I have worked several different positions in the company and have trained a small army of personnel.
