After moving to the West Coast, I accepted a position at the oldest clinical flight service in the US. Mercy Flights offered me the ability to work as a Paramedic on ALS 911 ground, critical-care interfacility ground, rotor-wing, and fixed-wing operations.

I started my flight career with EagleMed-17 in Ardmore, OK. This is where I was introduced to critical care EMS in the helicopter environment. I served EM-17 as a Flight Paramedic and Outreach Educator. This is also when I obtained multiple educator certifications from the AHA, NAEMT, and OSDH-EMS. I also became a board-certified Critical Care Flight Paramedic (FP-C).
