Employers need effective Benefits Governance now more than ever. My role is to develop and oversee turning our view on Governance into a clear and consistent client experience - creating our methodology and leading our Client Service professionals to deliver a meaningful client experience and enhance our plan optimization results.

Identify gaps and develop solutions to support large accounts and channels; Subject Matter Expert on company service offerings to support Business Development and Client Services initiatives; create long-term service and retention strategies for large and complex client relationships

Management/oversight of a team of account managers, senior account managers, and account executives providing consultation and support of employer wellness initiatives and partner/sponsor programs; duties include training, development, and ongoing performance management; collaborating with other leaders/stakeholders on departmental process improvement and strategic planning

Client Account Executive for IncentiSoft Solutions line of business - Provide results-based wellness solutions to clients of partner organizations in effort to enhance the suite of wellness offerings provided and boost participation; Specializing in customized program delivery solutions and vendor integration

Supported and managed many regional and national clients in varying industries to develop and maintain successful wellness programs; specialized in groups 3,000 - 50,000 FTE

Served as primary liason between account management and operations/call center staff regarding client-specific issues, training, etc. Developed ongoing team meeting process, monitored team meber performance metrics, and served as primary trainer for software enahancements, new products, and new client implementation.

Primary focus was on customer service and soft-sell outreach for enrollment in to employer-offered wellenss programs. Additional duties included new client training, call process improvements and script development.
