Created and led the Strategic Program and Product Management team. Worked with department heads to develop and administer project plans, budgets, and rosters required to design commercial farm platforms, construct farms, and develop and bring to market the consumer products (strawberries, leafy greens) those farms grow• Directed Plenty’s Strawberry Program, leading a cross functional leadership team of directors from Plant Science, Engineering, and Business Development to create and execute an end-to-end plan beginning with basic plant research, technology development, and market research, and culminating in a strategic partnership with Driscoll’s and the design basis for the world’s first at scale indoor strawberry farm (currently under construction with planting expected in 2024) • Served as Strategic Program Director for Plenty’s first at scale commercial indoor leafy greens farm, which was the largest in the world at time of completion, in Los Angeles, CA; structured and executed the farm construction and delivery program from final design to construction to commissioning to launch to commercial hand-off • Led twice monthly Board of Directors committee meetings providing build updates and key farm metrics critical to project completion as well as a $400M capital raise completed in January of 2022 • Lead the technical due diligence for Plenty’s partnership with Driscoll’s, leading to Plenty’s patented indoor farming technology growing Driscoll’s patented Strawberry varieties
