Responsible for all;- OSP builds in southwestern Ontario as well as Niagara/St. Catherine’s. - Fiber or coaxial builds- Plant Actions (network repairs)- Service rebuild - Commercial builds - Assist the Network Expansion team with government funded projects - Mid splits & Node splits - all other duties related to Business as Usual.

Responsible for all 32 Headend and Datacom technicians across the province of Ontario which includes;-Site surveys, installation at customer premises, all network related outages and equipment maintenance.- Built and managed a provincial sparing warehouse depot- managed an OPEX budget of over 1 million dollars. - Planned and executed the combination of two roles (headend tech and Datacom tech) into one position - Oversaw the construction of many new headends, DC plant upgrades and HVAC upgrades. - responsible for the upkeep and maintenance for 197 buildings (pop sites, tower sites and headends) across the province of Ontario.

Built and maintained communications networks for the Canadian Forces. Responsibilities include but were not limited to; Fiber Optic Network constructions, Central Office Constructions, Twisted pair, Pole Line Construction, OSP Construction, Structure wiring, Tower construction and maintenance. Was deployed to Egypt, Israel, Cyprus, Germany, Syria, Alert and just about every province in Canada.
