I lead a team of accounting and HR professionals who provide business services and financial solutions to a vibrant portfolio of nonprofit and for-profit clients. My experience in finance, accounting, operations and human resources includes industries from education, staffing, manufacturing, health care, SaaS, start-up, biotech, life sciences to non profit, religious orgs and consulting.Clear communication is my north star. Navigating change centered on caring, financial health and technical understanding helps me connect people with solutions. My role is to manifest right resources at the right time whether it's helpful advice or resources that bring just the right amount of power at the just the right time. Solutions for workload imbalance, inefficiencies, business optimization, KPI improvement, GAAP non profit and for profit accounting compliance, audit preparedness & oversight, financial modeling, change strategy or team development are all areas of expertise. From problem to solution, anything is possible when people work together to co-create and implement systems and processes that foster harmony, efficiency, and accuracy in the flow of constant change. I can both perform oversight and also roll up my sleeves to tackle finance and accounting technical evaluations and critical tasks. I excel at leadership with skills in both financial and verbal communication. Some ways I do that today are through writing and presenting financial assessments of businesses, SOP's and specialized MSA's and legal agreement drafts. I most enjoy nurturing strong relationships, listening and adjusting constantly to changing needs, and delivering tangible, on-time results that align with vision and goals.
