Perform event coordination functions, conduct detailed literature reviews, develop and update experimentation documents. Work includes, but it is not limited to, research and review of appropriate and applicable literature and documents; technical analysis, technical writing, preparing and updating experimentation and wargame documents; preparing information and issue papers; internal and external staffing of experimentation documents; preparation of briefings and experimentation related presentations; attendance at and participation in meetings, conferences and working sessions; and participation during In Progress Reviews (IPRs). Provides expertise required to design and conduct a series of experiments; evaluate outcomes and lessons learned to provide insights and findings to inform the development/refinement of the Protection Army Functional Concept and/or appropriate Capabilities Based Assessments (CBA) and Functional Based Assessments (FbA); that will plan for providing Army and Joint maneuver support functionality across doctrine, organization, training, materiel, leader development and education, personnel and facilities Doctrine, Organization, Training, Materiel, Leadership and Education, Personnel, Facilities and Policy (DOTMLPF) for current and future forces. Provides requisite analytical and technical support to the Maneuver Support Battle Lab (MSBL) for planning, coordinating and executing the Maneuver Support, Sustainment and Protection Integrating Experiment (MSSPIX), includes research, coordination with other government organizations, logistics and report writing.
