As Vice President of Product Development of a national e-commerce company, built a platform that provided discounts on the best products and services targetted to moms and families. Along with the founders, I set the product vision and strategy for the business. I co-developed three product sites: New York City, Houston, and Nationwide. I joined RCN to launch the pre-paid MVNO, RCN Wireless. This was a strategic initiative aimed at creating a 4 product bundle. The bundle would include voice, video, internet, and wireless. My role at RCN was expanded to manage the entire product suite.During my tenure, my team launched VoIP, mobile wireless, a new programming guide, and remotes for selected set top boxes. The experience provided me with an in-depth knowledge of the Cable TV product environment.RCN is a competitive digital entertainment company that provides digital cable TV, high-speed Internet and phone bundles to homes in and around Boston, Chicago, New York City, the Lehigh Valley, Philadelphia and Washington, D.C. over a reliable network of fiber-optic cables. Nextel provided my strategic foundation in marketing and product. My experiences focused on mobile devices & applications, pre-paid, and branding.Wireless Data: Nextel launched the first Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) devices. As part of the team, I negotiated and signed deals with Google and Yahoo! for the platform. Mobile Gaming: Nextel was also the first to launch a color handset (the i95cl). I negotiated and signed deals with EA Sports and Jamdat MobileBranded Devices: I was part of the Boost Mobile North America launch team. I also launched a series of devices for the NASCAR Nextel Cup Series.Nextel Communications was a publicly traded company with over 20M subscribers in the US, with a mobile wireless network that served 198 of the top 200 markets. In 2003 Boost Mobile was launched and in 2004 Nextel began its official sponsorship of the top NASCAR racing series.Nextel was acquired by Sprint Corporation for $35B in August 2005.

Belize Youth Soccer was a 501(c)(3), non-profit organization that provided educational opportunities to scholar-athletes from Belize, Central America. Our U-18 Boys teams competed in the USA CUP in Blaine, Minnesota. Our organization placed several players in NCAA Div III programs in addition to securing tryouts at multiple levels.Supporters of the program included the Belize Ambassador to the U.N., Belize Ambassador to the U.S., the late Belize Supreme Court Justice, Sir. George Brown, the Belize National Football Association, plus a number of U.S. and Belize-based corporate sponsors.Belize Youth Soccer discontinued operations after the events of 9/11 increased the complexities of obtaining short term visas.The 2013 Belize National Team qualified for the CONCACAF GOLD CUP. Three former players of the Belize Youth Soccer program were members of that squad.

I led our senior soccer program to the Belize national finals.Founded in 1990, Mount Carmel High School is a small, private school in Belize on the border of Guatemala. The student population has grown from 150 to nearly 700 students. It is widely regarded in Belize for its quality teaching and its mission statement to give every kid a chance.
