Oversight of digital execution for tactics related to BMS oncology products. (Most notably--Nivo Launch (Melanoma, Lung, Nivo/Yervoy Regimen), and Immuno-Oncology stream. Responsible for building, maintaining, and marketing the web presence for several Bloomberg magazines and Bloomberg Press, their books division. Worked with HTML and PDF formats to post materials on Bloomberg's website (www.bloomberg.com). Developed new technology for Bloomberg Professional Service clients to be able to download interactive versions of the magazine that helped drive sales of our core products. Assisted in project developement and many aspects of design and redesigns of our core site, as well as the magazine and books sites. Assisted in marketing efforts for electronic products, which included advertisement design. Developed processes for Bloomberg Television to keep programming schedules updated efficiently. Handled client requests for changes and upgrades to services by working directly with programming and design to find the right combination of resources to get it done and aided in technical service. Helped Ad Traffic & Sales groups manage and track ad campaigns and billing on Bloomberg.com. Trained new employees on the databases and process of the department. Joined Ad Traffic group to help in boosting visibility and sales of ads on Bloomberg.com Designed and implemented Microsite of Bloomberg automotive content for newspaper clients.

Created graphics and managed internal image database for use in Bloomberg Multimedia's Audio/Visual service. Scanned, selected and optimized stringer photos and prepared them for use in our databases. Helped develop a proprietary database for storing all visuals used in our proprietary service. Worked with major media company (T1) to build and help maintain comprehensive database for housing high-resolution photographs and graphics for use by newspaper and magazine clients. Handled client calls and helped provide technical service.

Managed database for major world corporation's dividend payments to shareholders on Bloomberg Professional Service. Worked with major stock exchanges around the world to maintain data quality. Helped develop and maintain database for company earnings and descriptions on Bloomberg Professional Service. Volunteered on customer service desk to field inquiries and resolve issues with information.
